THE MAIN COURSE :

Badaz is couscous made of Corn semolina which is gluten-free that is more adapted of people who have allergy of gluten.

To this dish, we added various preparations traditionally served with a tajine and which will compose a traditional Moroccan menu:

  • Rice soup with beans and milk
  • Moroccan salad
  • Traditional bread, cooked in a pan, old-fashioned
  • Traditional and light dessert: fruit salad with fruit or vegetable juice
